Geryn Harris is a multi-faceted artist from Richmond, VA, where the rich history and art helped fuel her desire for being an artist. Growing up seeing black artists thrive at VMFA and being raised in a creative household drove her to continue her passion and go to Hampton University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art. Oil Painting is her preferred medium but she’s not limited to just that and also dabbles in mixed media, acrylic, and graphic design. She continues her vibrant dreams in Atlanta, where she currently is creating from and collaborating with brands such as Trap Music Museum, Bombay Sapphire, Martini and Rossi, Render ATL, the Atlanta Braves and more. Her work has been featured in Trap Music Museum’s Black Currency twice, Taste of Art, The Art of Sport 2023 at Atlanta’s City Hall, and most recently in Fulton County’s Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center for their EmpowerHER-A Celebration of Women in Art women’s history month showing.
